AA Corporation completed The Watergate hotel project

The historic Watergate Hotel in Washington DC is finally welcoming its first guests in more than 7 years, after undergoing a $125 million renovation to completely restore the monumental landmark by the Potomac River. Originally designed by Italian architect Luigi Moretti and first opened in 1967, the property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and most of the renovation were to the interior which was redesigned by Ron Arad and Washington, DC based architecture and interior design firm BBGM. The hotel now features 336 guestrooms, 6 diplomat suites, 24 premier suites and two Presidential Suites. There are 2 fine dining restaurants, a 360 degree rooftop bar overlooking the Washington DC skylines, a 650 sqm Moretti Grand Ballroom, outdoor and indoor meeting spaces, a modern spa, fitness center and indoor saltwater swimming pool. The Watergate has truly been transformed into a ultra luxury hotel and AA Corporation is proud to be able to provide loose furniture for this project in cooperation with our strategic partner Coast to Coast Designs.
